The kitchen. The scene of the murder. On the floor is a body, covered by a linnen cloth. There is a large red stain in the center of the sheet. Mr. Mar is waiting for you. You notice a raw turky being on the counter.
"So, have you had a chance to look around and talk to people? If not, you really should before you decide who did the deed. I must say that my account is quiet plain. After an afternoon picnic my wife and I went to the Library, while Major Chutney and his wife went to the Parlor, Mrs. Finch and Mrs. Redly retired to the Sitting room, and the Smiths went to the Game room for some cards. I told my wife I was going to see Mrs. Finch and after spending a few moments with her, I heard my wife scream. Moments later, everyone was in here looking at the cook, who was stabbed in the back. She was found holding a bloody knife, I assume that is the murder weapon."
